Luxury Beauty Therapist – Luxury Beauty Concession | Central London A globally renowned luxury beauty and skincare house is seeking an experienced, polished, and service-driven Beauty Therapist to join their concession within one of London’s most iconic department stores.This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who is passionate about high-performance skincare, holistic beauty rituals, and creating elevated, personalised client experiences.What You’ll Do:Deliver exceptional one-to-one skincare consultations rooted in expertise, care, and product knowledgeBuild meaningful relationships with clients, focusing on long-term loyalty and tailored routinesTake ownership of your counter targets, driving sales through education, service, and storytellingMaintain immaculate counter standards, hygiene, and merchandisingSupport the wider beauty floor team with events, activations, and high-profile brand momentsStay up to date with skincare innovation, ingredient knowledge, and product launchesProvide a luxury, sensory customer experience from start to finishDeliver services in private treatment rooms and on counter. What We’re Looking For:Strong experience in premium or luxury skincare or beautyWarm, polished communication and an instinct for high-touch servicePassion for skincare science, wellness, and product educationConfident in delivering personalised consultations and building loyal client relationshipsSomeone proactive, composed, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-footfall environmentA team player with strong standards, excellent presentation, and a genuine love for beautyNVQ qualifications in skincare desirableThis is a shopfloor based retail role which involves selling and service.
