Senior Bookkeeper A highly skilled Senior Bookkeeper to join a growing and dynamic team. This role offers the chance to take ownership of a varied client portfolio and deliver exceptional bookkeeping and accounting services.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for a range of clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards.Prepare balance sheets, debtors, creditors, management accounts, VAT returns, and bank reconciliations to support client reporting needs.Assist with year-end accounts preparation and liaise with auditors where required.Maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for queries and providing proactive advice.Oversee and review work completed by junior team members, offering guidance and support.Contribute to process improvements and ensure deadlines are consistently met.About You:AAT level 4 / ACCA qualifiedMust have proven experience in a senior bookkeeping role within practiceStrong technical knowledge of accounting principles and VAT.Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.Confident communicator with strong client service skills.Proficiency in cloud accounting software such as Xero and Microsoft Excel.Must have full UK working rightsWhat’s on Offer:A collaborative and supportive working environment.Exposure to a diverse client base and complex assignments.Opportunities for career development and progression.Enhance benefits
