An established and highly respected Independent Financial Planning firm based in Exeter is seeking an experienced Administrator to join its friendly and professional team.This is a busy, back-office support role providing full administrative assistance to a team of Financial Advisers. The successful applicant will be highly organised, detail-driven and comfortable managing a high volume of work in a fast-paced financial services environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProviding full administrative and processing support to three Financial AdvisersSubmitting new business across pensions, investments and protection productsLiaising with major financial providers including Aviva, Prudential, Fidelity and Scottish WidowsMonitoring workflow and progressing cases through to completionChasing outstanding documentation and provider requirementsMaintaining accurate records in line with compliance proceduresIdeally you will have: Previous experience within financial services administration or IFA support (highly desirable)Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detailConfident written and verbal communication skillsGood working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeExperience using Intelligent Office (Intelliflo) would be advantageousA proactive, reliable and team-focused approachPackage & BenefitsSalary £25,000 – £28,000 depending on experience25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidaysHybrid working Private Medical Insurance Group Protection SchemeFree on-site parkingExcellent transport links via train and busThis is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established firm offering long-term stability, a friendly working environment.
