We are seeking an accomplished leader to establish and grow our Private Clients & Estates division — shaping a trusted service for discerning property owners, from prime urban residences and super-prime developments to heritage and landed estates across the UK and Ireland.The Opportunity:This is a rare chance to lead a new practice area at Director level, reporting directly to the Managing Director. You will set the strategic direction, cultivate long-term client relationships, and deliver a tailored service that reflects the highest professional standards. The role is responsible for business development and leadership as well as technical delivery. The business has a strong workstream of contract administration opportunities. The Role: • Lead and inspire a specialist team to deliver a truly personalised, best-in-class service. • Shape and execute the business plan, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability. • Build trusted relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, developers, and estate managers. • Oversee a diverse portfolio with a strong bias to contract administration and project management, but also to include technical due diligence, reinstatement cost assessments and expert witness work. • Provide authoritative advice on the stewardship and enhancement of prime, heritage, and high value properties. • Represent Brawdia at client and industry events, reinforcing our reputation for quality and integrity. • Encourage collaboration, innovation, and professional development within your team.About You:• Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS/FRICS). • Extensive experience advising private clients and property owners on residential, mixed-use, or heritage assets. • Proven track record of winning and managing complex, high-value instructions. • Commercially astute, with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. • Confident leading multidisciplinary teams and managing senior-level client relationships. • Discreet, professional, and trusted by clients who expect absolute confidentiality. • Strategic, motivated, and eager to build a market-leading practice within an ambitious consultancy.Why Join UsThis is more than a leadership role — it is an opportunity to shape a new division within a respected consultancy, backed by senior leadership commitment and investment.
