In fact, 2 people every second put their trust in ZEISS lenses.Purpose of the Role ZEISS Vision Care UK are recruiting a Commercial Vision Technology Solutions Manager. This position will report to the ECP Associate director and work in liaison with Divisional Managers, Account Managers, Professional Services, CCC managers, supply chain, finance and marketing. This position will be responsible for leading, developing, executing and evaluating the required deliverables for the UK market for the provision, maintenance, installation and training of our VTS equipment range for ECPs customers. This position is also responsible for the management of contracted third-party installation companies as suppliers of ZEISS Vision Care UK services. Management of the dedicated team to handle first-line VTS support queries effectively, reducing the reliance on second-level support.Objectives and Key RequirementsOverall responsibility for the delivery of the revenue targets for VTS in the UK & IRE ECP channel, aligned to business target requirements. Key Requirements of the role include:• Lead and align VTS commercial strategy and execution across the UK & IRE ECP channel to deliver revenue, profit and KPI targets.• Own VTS portfolio management, identifying gaps, shaping roadmap input, and acting as Global Key User for UK & IRE (forecasting, pricing, reporting, governance).• Establish and manage a VTS support model, including triage and ticketing, to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.• Drive pipeline management, forecasting and performance evaluation to support budgeting and reforecasting processes.• Accountable for end-to-end implementation of VTS solutions, including software updates, installations and installation KPIs via third-party suppliers.• Lead product launches, events, SOPs, sales tools and commercial training to enable Account Managers to successfully sell VTS equipment.• Grow strategic VTS key accounts, co-creating customer initiatives, promotions and business cases to unlock sustainable growth.• Partner closely with Marketing, Finance, Customer Care and Commercial teams on pricing, finance packages, rebates and go-to-market activity.• Act as the VTS subject-matter expert within ZEISS Vision Care UK, challenging thinking and identifying new commercial opportunities with Corporate and Retail partners.Support major revenue opportunities through joint customer visits and role-model leadership to the commercial team. Must have:· Full and clean driving license.· Proven academics: Degree qualified or equivalent· Proven track record of success and ROI in sales and technical abilities· Proven evidence of leading specific projects in VTS· Technical bias and Customer focus· Experience in managing and working with external partners· Experience in working with internal Sales Teams to deliver required sales tools· Proven skills: PC literate: Excel, PowerPoint and Word, and a bias for technical expertise and knowledge building· Demonstrated sales experience – credible at achieving KPIs and delivering growth in marketDesirable:· Dispensing Optician or Optometrist
