We are recruiting for a Full Time Assistant Inspection Engineer to bolster our ENGTEQ team in Aberdeen.The role will assist with Inspection Engineer with integrity management and inspection-based scopes, including the preparation of Inspection Work Scopes, reviewing of inspection & NDT reports and findings, liaising with NDT technicians and Offshore Inspection Engineers. Candidates should possess the following: Degree qualified in an engineering related discipline or, HNC/HND qualified with plant inspection training/qualification preferred. Knowledge of relevant national and international standards relating to oil industry equipment and processes. Confident communicator both orally and written. Good attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision in a demanding environment. Flexible in approach and ability to work as part of a team. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and ability to use bespoke databases. Willingness and capability to build on existing skills and develop professionally. Previous experience of offshore environment. (Desirable). Knowledge of NDT Inspection techniques.
