We’re looking for a hands-on operator who enjoys execution and experimentation, with excellent attention to detail and a passion for growing Startups.Role details. Remote and Freelance. c20 hours per week. Initial 3-month engagement, with scope to extend. What you’ll doThis role is focused on activating a defined growth strategy. You’ll run experiments and support key marketing and product initiatives that contribute directly to user acquisition and organic visibility. Your work will include:Activating the creator and influencer program: including shortlisting and meeting potential partners.Outreach and partnerships: running cold outreach and helping build community and partner relationships that support growth.Podcast opportunities: identifying relevant podcasts, reaching out, and booking appearancesContent support: helping manage and repurpose content across channels to support organic reachCampaign support: supporting the build and execution of marketing and growth campaignsWorking closely with marketing and product teams on experiments and initiatives as neededWhat we’re looking forYou’re practical, execution-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across different growth initiatives with a high bar for quality.
