This position plays a critical role in ensuring that funding rounds run smoothly and that awards are delivered accurately and on time.The role involves overseeing the full lifecycle of grant administration, from promoting opportunities and handling incoming proposals to coordinating reviews and processing successful grants. You will be responsible for planning and scheduling funding rounds across multiple interesting programmes, be the first of contact for applicants, and ensure high quality review and follow ups for all submissions. Important in the role is ensuring all relevant details are recorded and tracked throughout the process and you will be comfortable in maintaining and improving the Salesforce grant management system. Throughout your duties, you will also ensure that processes and the application journey are optimised to be as inclusive and accessible as possible and make suggestions for enhancements.We are looking for someone highly organised, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
