Junior Business Development Manager – Defence & CommunicationsSalary: Competitive (dependent on experience)Are you ready to launch your career in Defence communications?Steatite Communications is a market leader in advanced communications solutions, including Wave Relay® MANET systems. We are looking for a Junior Business Development Manager to join our growing team and help drive growth in the Defence, Intelligence, and commercial sectors.What You Will Do:Build and nurture relationships with Defence and commercial clients.Identify new business opportunities and support the sales process.Consult with clients to design solutions that meet technical and operational requirements.Support product demonstrations, trials, events, and tradeshows.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.Travel to meet clients and partners as required.Who You Are:You need a blend of technical knowledge, sales and business development experience, project and client management skills, and strong interpersonal communication abilities.
