Walker and Sloan are partnering with an award winning Performance Marketing agency in London, as they are keen to bring on board an experienced Senior SEO Manager to the team on a full time basis.Salary: Up to £55k/£60K DOEHybrid: 3 days in London HQThe Role:Are you a search expert ready to shape the future of SEO? As a Senior Search Consultant, you’ll take the lead in designing and delivering search strategies for our clients. If you want to work in an environment where your expertise is valued, your voice matters and innovation is part of everyday life, this role offers the perfect platform to make your mark.Responsibilities:Responsible for hands on delivery; auditing, planning campaigns and delivering client growth strategiesrelating to our search servicesResponsible for bringing SEO consultancy to client accounts including technical reviews, architecturalrecommendations, content strategy guidance and performance measurementResponsible for leading discovering and project scoping; defining requirements, delivery approach andmeasurement frameworksResponsible for strategic direction on key accounts, ensuring search strategies align with a client’sbusiness goals and our wider programme of marketing work for themResponsible for ensuring work meets the highest standards and that teams are set up for success acrosstechnical, content and analytics workstreamsResponsible for monitoring core KPIs, ensuring they are at the heart of search strategy and deliveryResponsible for reporting on your work and supporting Client Directors or Client Managers to demonstrate the impact of our work, including at QBRsResponsible for pitching and winning work with existing and new clients. Identifying opportunities, building relationships in meetings, writing proposals, contributing to pitch decks and advocating for search internally and in the wider industryResponsible for internal education; advocating for search, contributing to team knowledge, proposals and wider industry engagementResponsible for bringing innovation into the team: testing new methodologies, tools and approaches to keep at the forefront of search.
