Our 1,000+ experts across the US, UK, and beyond are united by science, agility, and a culture that turns ideas into impact—fast.The RoleWe’re looking for a dedicated Analytical Development Scientist to join our team in Nottingham on a 12-month fixed-term contract.This is a predominantly lab-based position within our Analytical Development team, you will be responsible for:Conducting analytical method set up/ transfer and method qualification.Testing samples to support formulation development aspects of a study.Ensuring full compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.Main Tasks And ResponsibilitiesCompleting analytical testing (e.g: Assay Related Substances and Dissolution) to deadlines. Using HPLC / USP I and II Dissolution baths / Karl fisher and other Laboratory equipment for the analysis sample.Writing up lab work in line with GMP and ALCOA+ principlesCompleting analytical development and qualification activities with guidance.Evaluate data generated and contributing to problem solving activities with guidance.Checking of reagent preparations.Completing cleaning verifications and writing cleaning verification reports and protocols with assistance.Updating development methods.Participating in activities to support the general upkeep of the Laboratory and its equipment.What We’re Looking ForMinimum HNC or HND in ChemistryProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)Previous experience working in a laboratory or a similar technical environment is desirableApplication RequirementsWhen applying for a position with Quotient Sciences to be able to work in our organization you must be aged 18 years or over and not have been debarred by the FDA.
