The Construction Site Manager will oversee day-to-day site operations, manage construction teams, and ensure safety and compliance at the site. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating project schedules, cost control, budgeting, and maintaining project progress. The successful candidate will communicate with stakeholders and ensure the implementation of projects meets company quality standards and deadlines.QualificationsStrong expertise in Site Management and Construction Site ManagementProficiency in Planning and coordinating project tasks and schedulesExperience in Cost Control and Budgeting for construction projectsExcellent leadership and team management skillsAbility to work on-site in Croydon and effectively manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environmentStrong organizational and communication skillsCan read plans and monitor carefully as the site is being built, and can troubleshoot issuesRelevant certifications and training in construction management or a similar field (preferred)Experience in doing hospitality fit-outs is essential for the role.
