Our client is recruiting for a Permanent Counterbalance Driver / Yard Person to join their team to start January 2026! Location: RayleighSalary: £29,000 per annumHours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMWe are seeking a reliable and experienced Counterbalance Driver/Yard Person to join our clients team in Rayleigh. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy yard environment and takes pride in maintaining high standards.Key Responsibilities:Operating a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently.Managing yard duties including loading/unloading vehicles.Maintaining a clean and organized work area.Supporting general warehouse and yard operations.Requirements:Valid Counterbalance Forklift License.Full UK driving license (due to location).Ideally you will have experience moving lengths of material - ie Carpet, timber etc.Previous experience in a similar role.Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.What We Offer:Competitive salary of £29,000 per year.Permanent, full-time position.Friendly and supportive team environment.Interested?
