We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Brand Manager / Brand Manager to take ownership of one or more leading brands in a globally recognized Consumer Healthcare (CHC) portfolio. This role, based in Reading, offers a unique opportunity to drive brand growth, deliver impactful marketing campaigns, and lead innovation for brands generating over €10M annually.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute brand growth strategies and annual plans (4Ps) for assigned CHC brands.Manage brand-level P&L, ensuring delivery of Net Sales, Margin, and Net Contribution targets.Lead end-to-end new product development (NPD), from concept to launch, including pipeline management and post-launch reviews.Deliver integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels, including digital, PR, and content.Collaborate with sales, insights, regulatory, supply chain, and global teams to ensure seamless alignment and execution.Brief and manage creative, media, and research agencies to deliver impactful brand communications.Lead brand forecasting and performance reviews, including EPOS and demand planning inputs.Drive category expansion and brand profile extensions to support business growth objectives. QualificationsProven experience in CHC, OTC, FMCG, or consumer health brand management.Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills, with experience managing brand-level P&L.Demonstrated success in leading NPD and delivering high-impact marketing campaigns.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience working with UK retailers and pharmacy channels.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment undergoing transformation.
