You will play a key role in building enterprise-wide initiatives that supports the overall organisational culture, performance and transformation agenda.You will act as a trusted advisor providing coaching and advice on performance, talent and development processes and programmes to ensure that we are supporting the business to develop our talented colleagues for the future success of Post Office. You’ll be confident in offering strategic guidance and influencing senior leaders and executives on talent development agendas.In addition to this, you will have:A degree (or equivalent experience) in HR, Learning & Development, Psychology, or a related discipline, along with a relevant professional accreditation (e.g. CIPD, coaching, psychometrics, or development tools)Deep expertise in leadership development, with a strong understanding of how to build strategic, behavioural, and inclusive leadership capabilitiesExperience collaborating with external learning partners, coaches, internal teams, and leadership development providersThe ability to assess the impact of performance, talent, and development initiatives and translate insights into meaningful actionsStrong facilitation and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders to deliver impactful learning and development sessions
