You’ll coordinate safe, efficient scaffold solutions across a complex engineering environment - supporting vital projects that protect national security and the communities we serve. It’s a role where your leadership and planning skills directly enable safe working at height, enhance project delivery, and accelerate your own development in a dynamic, high‑impact sector spanning defence, aerospace and engineering.Day‑to‑day you’ll be required to:Coordinate scaffold delivery, alterations and removals to meet programme milestones and safety standards.Lead and mentor advanced scaffolders and contractors, driving a positive safety culture and quality outcomes.Plan and sequence work at height activities, aligning resources and documentation for smooth execution.Collaborate with Fleet Engineering departments, infrastructure teams, ship staff and project managers.Track progress and use IT systems to report status, risks and completions clearly and consistently.This role is full time, 36 hours per week Monday to Thursday 07:15 – 16:45 and is based on site at HMNB Clyde Faslane.Essential Experience Of The Delivery Coordinator ScaffoldingLeadership experience in a scaffolding or industrial setting.Good IT skills for scheduling, documentation and reporting.Specialism in working at height and scaffold solutions within engineering environments.Qualifications For The Delivery Coordinator ScaffoldingCISRS Advanced Gold CardLeadership training or a recognised management certificate - advantageousSecurity ClearanceThe successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.Many of the positions within our company are subject to national security clearance and Trade Control restrictions.
