Playing an integral role in identifying and building collaborative relationships with all relevant healthcare professional stakeholders. They will embrace and execute commercial strategies built on a solid scientific foundation, enabling access for patients.The Business manager must master brand messaging, targeting, and digital technology to deliver persuasive, high-impact customer experiences tailored to distinct user segments, whilst maintaining the highest ethical standards. They must become an expert on practices, delivery networks, regional patient journeys and patient populations within their territory.Decisively and proactively allocating time as well as budget to maximize awareness, change patient journeys for the better and discuss the appropriate use of KalVista products.They will also provide tactical marketing support to the UK GM in line with the marketing strategy of UK and general corporate strategic plans.Responsibilities:Validation of any existing customer information – development and implementation of key account business plans with focus on creating awareness of product and companyBuilding advocacy for product in identified key accounts, aligning plans with company strategyCollaborates cross-functionally with colleagues to share insights on customer needs and market opportunities; working together towards more effective approaches to patient value creationMaintains commitment to continuous improvement (embracing a growth mindset) as evidenced by insights gained/shared about geography, stakeholders, and customer needs through day-to-day experience.
