Packaging Technologist – EMEA - Based in Greater LondonWe’re looking for a Packaging Technologist to support packaging development and validation across the EMEA region. You’ll work with internal teams and external partners to deliver safe, sustainable, and cost-effective packaging solutions that meet product and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:Develop and validate packaging solutions for multiple formats.Maintain packaging specifications, data, and documentation.Coordinate packaging trials and support supplier audits.Drive sustainability and value engineering initiatives.Resolve packaging-related quality and performance issues.What You’ll Bring:Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Proven experience in packaging development from a FMCG environmentGood organisational and project management abilities.Experience working cross-functionally in manufacturing or supply chain.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and packaging systems (e.g., SAP, Evolve).This is a great opportunity to play a key role in enhancing packaging performance and sustainability across a growing EMEA operation.This is a hybrid role where you will be expected to be in the office 2-3 times per week.The salary banding for this is £60,000 - £65,000 + bonus and benefits.Unfortunately sponsorship isn't available for this position.
