You don’t need to be a world-class performer yet - but you do need the mindset, ambition, and hunger to develop into one under the right support and structure.The ideal candidate will have:A proven background working in a vertical market, ideally within Software Development across the Manchester region.The confidence to identify, engage and nurture candidates while building a strong, value-led network.A commercial mindset - this is not a delivery-only role.
