Your role is to ensure our Key Account Managers spend their time with the right customers, at the right moment, with the right context.You’ll own the quality of the pipeline you create and your contribution to conversion. This is a high-standards role built around clear targets, fair commission, and progression over time.What will you be doing?Proactively reaching out to prospective merchants with complex needsRunning focused, consultative discovery conversationsUnderstanding business models, priorities, and growth plansQualifying opportunities against clear criteriaBooking high-quality meetings for Key Account ManagersPreparing clear, structured handovers in CRMManaging follow-ups and prioritisation with disciplineCollaborating closely with Key Account Managers on target accountsSharing insight to support account strategy and conversionYour storyRoleYou’ll be expected to balance curiosity with commercial judgement, and take pride in the quality of opportunities you pass on.
