This role ensures that facilities operate efficiently, reliably, and in compliance with safety/legislative standards, while upholding Driscoll’s core values of humility, passion, and trustworthiness.ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you combine strategic oversight with hands-on leadership. You ensure business continuity, compliance and performance across facilities operations, while leading teams and stakeholders towards efficient and future-ready solutions.Facilities Maintenance & OperationsLead preventive and corrective maintenance programs for buildings and technical installationsEnsure compliance of all systems (HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing) with regulatory and safety standardsManage the EMEA maintenance budget and drive cost optimisationLead sustainability and energy-reduction initiatives, supporting Scope 2 reduction and the journey to Net Zero 2032Project & Investment ManagementLead engineering and maintenance projects across EMEA, delivered on time, within scope and budgetDevelop and manage a 3–5 year facilities and capital investment planIdentify and implement opportunities to improve performance, reliability and efficiencyLeadership & CollaborationLead, develop and engage Maintenance & Engineering teams across the EMEA regionFoster a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvementAssess capability needs and implement targeted training and development plansSafety, Standards & QualityChampion health 'safety in close collaboration with H&S teamsConduct audits and risk assessments to ensure safe working environmentsDevelop, implement and maintain Driscoll’s facilities and engineering standardsCandidate ProfileYou are a people-oriented technical leader with a strong sense of ownership and a collaborative mindset.
