Team Support Administration Officer About the roleProvide high-quality administrative and business support within the local authorityBe an active member of the Pay and Reward project teamSupport appeals panels, meetings and engagement events, including minute taking and action trackingAct as a key point of contact for internal and external enquiries, resolving issues where possibleCarry out data collation, straightforward analysis and reportingComplete financial administration tasks in line with agreed proceduresMaintain accurate and confidential records and systemsSupport continuous improvement of administrative processesWhat we’re looking forA Level qualification or equivalent experienceProven experience in an administrative or business support roleStrong organisational skills with excellent attention to detailConfident using IT systems including Word, Excel and PowerPointStrong written and verbal communication skillsCalm, resilient and able to work to tight deadlinesSelf-motivated and able to use initiativeWorking arrangementsIn-person attendance required one day per week (Tuesdays) in Bournemouth for team collaborationContract detailsTemporary contract until end of March, with possible extension20 hours per weekWorking Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoons
