We work with clients from around the world, guiding them through the entire Golden Visa process from property selection to residency approval.The RoleWe're expanding into Russian-speaking markets and seeking a driven, personable professional to develop and manage relationships with referral partners who serve high-net-worth clients. This is a relationship-building role focused on connecting with wealth managers, financial advisors, legal professionals, and other intermediaries across the CIS and Russian-speaking diaspora.The ideal candidate is sociable, confident, and culturally fluent — someone who can represent our company professionally and build trust with senior professionals in the financial and legal sectors.ResponsibilitiesPartner DevelopmentIdentify and engage prospective referral partners serving Russian-speaking HNW clientsBuild and nurture long-term relationships with wealth managers, financial advisors, and legal professionalsConduct introductory calls and video meetings with prospective partnersRepresent the company at industry events and networking opportunitiesOutreach & CommunicationExecute outreach campaigns across multiple channelsMaintain regular communication and follow-up with partners and prospectsSupport the development of Russian-language communications and materialsPipeline ManagementManage prospect and partner information in CRM systemsTrack outreach activities and report on partnership development progressResearch and identify new partnership opportunitiesRequirementsNative Russian speaker – this is essentialFluent in English (written and verbal) – this is essentialProven experience in business development, sales, or partnership managementExcellent interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage senior professionalsProfessional, presentable demeanour suited to high-net-worth client environmentsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailComfortable with CRM systems and digital communication toolsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targetsAvailable to start immediatelyGreek language skills are a plus but not requiredExperience in financial services, real estate, wealth management, or immigration services is an advantageWhat We OfferCompetitive salary with commission componentOpportunity to build and own a significant market verticalDirect exposure to high-net-worth clients and international business networksGrowth potential in a rapidly expanding companyKolonaki location in Central AthensCollaborative and international working environment
