Location: Hull (with travel across East Yorkshire sites)Salary: Competitive Reporting to: Managing DirectorContract: Full-time, PermanentAbout the RoleWe’re looking for an experienced Head of People & Culture to join East Yorkshire Buses as the sole HR professional within the business. This is a pivotal role, partnering closely with Group HR and the Senior Leadership Team to deliver strategic and operational HR initiatives across multiple sites and a predominantly lone-worker workforce.You’ll lead the full employee lifecycle, champion engagement and wellbeing, and ensure compliance with employment law and group standards.
