We’re looking for a Senior Footwear & Accessories Technician to join our team and play a key role in developing footwear and leather goods collections from concept to production.What you’ll doPartner with design, buying, and suppliers to ensure high standards of fit, construction, and performance.Drive technical development across footwear and leather goods categories.Create and maintain accurate tech packs and specification sheets aligned with critical paths.Standardize fits for core footwear styles and oversee wear trials for leather goods.Liaise with suppliers on fit, quality, and fabric testing, ensuring compliance with legal and safety standards.Approve lab test reports, care labels, and escalate issues to protect delivery timelines.What we’re looking forStrong technical expertise in footwear and accessories development.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to react quickly to challenges.Experience managing supplier relationships and ensuring product integrity.Detail-oriented with a passion for quality and customer satisfaction.Why you’ll love it here
