Here you can make an impact on the world around you and accelerate your career in areas that energize and excite you.Production OperativeMiddlesbrough8am – 4pm Mon-Fri30 mins unpaid lunchbreak37.5 hours per weekDutiesWe currently have an exciting opportunity for a Production Operator to join our Middlesbrough team.Reporting to the Production Team Leader for the area, the successful candidate will safely prepare, fill and warehouse non-hazardous & hazardous chemicals at Middlesbrough.Key Responsibilities And TasksTo ensure that the correct goods are produced, stored and dispatched in good conditionTo ensure the prompt, correct completion and presentation of documentation to production adminBe compliant to all policies, procedures and legislative requirementsEnsure safe working conditions at all timesTo work with hazardous liquid chemicals including container & product hose cleaning and handlingTo ensure material is produced accurately and in line with EHS&Q proceduresTo ensure the correct and safe receipt of bulk liquid into bulk holding tanks including dilutions/decants and blending.Cooperate on all matters concerned with health, safety, training, legislation and the environmentTo work with filling machines filling IBCs, kegs and drumsWe Are Looking ForThe successful candidate will have a good understanding of the filling and handling of hazardous materials and excellent attention to detail. It is desirable that the successful candidate also holds FLT Counter Balance license.
