You have experience in customer support, strong technical aptitude and consider yourself a critical thinker with the ability to multi-task and spin lots of plates at the same time.Is this you?Key Benefits:Full time 37 Hours a weekMonday to Thursday 8.15am to 4.45pm - Friday 8.15am to 3pmYou will be required to work Sat 8am to 1.00pm or Sun 8am-2.00pm on a rota basis to cover the business needs once you are fully trained. If working the weekend rota, you will receive the days off through the week.Free parking4 x death in service coverPrivate Medical Insurance (BUPA – Individual cover)Medicash (Health Cash Plan) – individual + up to 4 children)Salary Sacrifice Pension Scheme2 days per year to take part in volunteering activities for a local charity of your choiceIt doesn’t stop there; you will receive access to fresh fruit daily along free tea/coffee and biscuits in the office.Your responsibilities include: Gathering customer support ticketsLiaise with customers by telephone/Teams to provide information or trouble shootingMake outbound calls to facility managers proactively asking questions or offer help/trainingResolve customers’ service complaints and equipment issues by coordinating with the install and services teams to schedule site visits within warrantyIdentify opportunities to make improvements to business processes, make recommendations and action plansWhat we need from you:Technical Work-related background is requiredAbility to communicate by telephone in a clear and professional mannerStrong technical aptitude and critical thinkingExcellent customer service skillsStrong IT skills/computer skillsMust be able to use Microsoft Office including Outlook Familiarity with the use of Smartphones using IOS and Android operating systemsMust be able to multitask in a fast paced officeThis is a newly created role due to the expansion of this company across Europe!
