As we continue to build on our data focussed approach you will be a key part of the team supporting commercial decisions through planning retail store layouts, data management and in depth analysisKey ResponsibilitiesSpace PlanningSupport the Space Planning Manager in the planning of new store layouts as part of our active store rollout programmeAnalysing the return on space in our current retail estateProvide support and guidance to various internal functions on the tradeable space capabilities within each category/departmentData MaintenanceMaintaining the global store fixture databaseUsing the store fixture database to support POS and fixture allocationMaintaining store information databaseMaintaining promotional dataPerformance ReportingReporting on and analysing new roll outs, new launches, and new initiativesCoordinating data required to set up trialsReporting and analysing trial performances and making next step recommendationsReporting and analysing footfall and conversion store dataSupport reporting on promotional performanceEffective CommunicationDeveloping effective communication across all levels of the Business, presenting analysis and solutionsClose communication outside of the team with Retail, Trading and MerchandisingDriving consistency in reporting behavioursManages Self and OthersIdentifies process opportunities for improving efficiencies and supports system developments and improvementsCoaches and supports the wider team with new process and delivering best practiceWe Would Like To Meet Someone Who IsTechnical CompetenciesNumeracyOrganisationSystemsCommunication and presentation/influencing skillsCommercialityKnowledge, Skills And ExperienceStrong Excel skillsExperience of AutoCAD preferrablePrevious experience in an analytical retail, space planning, or merchandising role preferrableBenefitsCompetitive salary and benefits packageHybrid working, 3 days in London based office & 2 working from homeHoliday allowance50% staff discount & 25% for family and friendsPension scheme
