You’ll have the freedom to use your initiative, spot improvement opportunities, and the space to bring your ideas to life to help steer our people development strategy.What You’ll Be DoingCreating an exceptional onboarding experience by delivering engaging company inductions that set new starters up for success and leveraging resources to ensure a seamless experience.Being the go-to technical specialist for our Learning Management System and Learning Experience Platform, driving utilisation through the curation of relevant and engaging content.Managing the delivery of our Undergraduate and New Manager programmes, building capability for early careers and future leaders. Taking full ownership of our central and business‑wide L&D budgets, ensuring they’re used effectively while analysing spending patterns and trends to produce accurate quarterly reports and informed recommendations.Working with our third-party training partners to schedule a fit for purpose learning offer.Collaborating with our managed service provider to analyse and track our external development budget, ensuring it effectively supports departmental development goals.Measuring Impact and ROI by evaluating the effectiveness of all L&D initiatives through feedback, data analysis and surveys to demonstrate business impact.Partner with our Compliance colleagues to manage and deliver our annual mandated digital learning programme and ensure regulatory requirements are met.What You’ll BringYou’ll be a proactive and solutions focused learning professional, confident in managing multiple priorities and driving engagement across the business.You’ll bring energy, curiosity and initiative and you’ll thrive in a collaborative environment where no one day is the same.Essential Experience & SkillsConfident facilitation skills, including delivery of face-to-face inductions and live online workshops. Hands‑on experience managing and optimising digital learning platforms (e.g., LMS/LXP) with a background of developing and curating blended learning content, materials, and resources.Experience of managing budgets, including tracking, forecasting and reporting using intermediate to advanced Excel skills.Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects from concept through to delivery and evaluation.Ability to work autonomously, using initiative to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.Creative problem‑solving and initiative to spot and drive improvements.Excellent organisational skills to manage a varied workload effectively.CIPD Training Certificate at Level 3 or equivalent experience.What’s in it for you?Bonus: Discretionary 10% on-target bonus (based on personal and Group company performance)Pension: Employer pension contribution of 9% (based on employee contribution of 3%).
