Premises Assistant / Caretaker | ASAP Start | Term Time Only | Hammersmith & FulhamAn "Outstanding" school in the Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham are on the hunt for a Premises Assistant / Caretaker for an ASAP start. This is a term time only role, with the school employing you directly. The role comprises facilities management, hands-on building maintenance and caretaking.The school are eager to find someone who is committed, happy to work in a school, and can work to a high-level day in and day out.Ideally the school would like someone who has had school based experience, however after working with the school for an extended period, I'm confident if you're the right fit, I will be able to get you the role!You will need to be comfortable and competent carrying out routine repairs primarily to the school's building fabric, plumbing, carpentry and decoration, and is also comfortable with ensuring compliance with H&S, Fire Safety and Legionella controls.
