They are looking for a CRM Strategist / Customer Engagement Strategist ready to join an agency that really values its strategists and offers the opportunity to work with a team of inspiring people in a positive and dynamic environment.CRM Strategist You will help develop CRM and CX strategies on a number of varied client accounts. The role will offer variety in terms of projects and potential strategic solutions. Clients are across varied sectors including those in travel, financial services, gaming, retail, beauty and more.CRM Strategist – Skills and experience CRM / CX / customer experience strategy experienceSome of your experience is gained within an agency environmentA solid understanding of data-driven customer marketing and experience creating engaging customer lifecycle journeysAn understanding of marketing technology.The ability to interrogate a client brief, understand the strategic challenge and define the best responseA forward thinker who is passionate about customer engagementA strong communicator who can easily engage with clientsA great culture, a lovely team and some really exciting clients make this a great opportunity for a strategist.
