Responsibilities:Direct and lead a team of safety leads, scientists, senior management and relevant governing bodies in safety evidence generation, risk management and more.Develop strong strategies for global medical safety in line with companies goals.Be the 'face' of the companies Global Medical Safety function, both internal an external.Lead interactions with health authorities.Lead efforts to advance the Patient Safety and Pharmacovigilance discipline, ensuring adherence to the highest quality and ethical standards,Requirements:Degree as Medical Doctor or PhD within Life Science10-15+ years’ pharma experience within Patient Safety & PharmacovigilanceExtensive people leadership experience with a successful track record in settingstrategic direction.Experience with supporting teams in regulatory interactions.Experience with global filings in US, EU, Japan and ChinaExperience in neuroscience.
