At ROAST we promote collaborative learning, so we are looking for someone who will be willing to share ideas and think outside the box.The Senior PPC Account Executive’s primary role is to support the Paid Media Account Manager in the implementation and management of paid media tasks across client accounts in line with industry and agency best practices. You will be required to follow instruction on deliverables that will continuously grow and improve performance for our clients’ accounts.You will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of these accounts, conducting regular optimisations and analysis, communicating performance to the Paid Media AM, working with media suppliers and managing daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc reporting.ResponsibilitiesCampaign Strategy & ManagementTo work closely with Account Managers, PPC Directors and Client Services to ensure strategy is correctly implemented across accountsEnsure all activity meets or exceeds the client’s performance expectationsAd copy creation and optimisationKeyword research, creation and optimisationSearch Query Reports and Keyword expansionsBid optimisationsLanding page reviewsReview and implementation of targeting optionsTo manage daily budgets and ensure that monthly spend is on targetCompile daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports as required and ensure timely and accurate deliveryCompile daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc analysis of account performanceManage tracking, trafficking and bid management through appropriate toolsShow a clear understanding of the dynamics between key KPIs & comment on weekly performance fluctuationsProactively suggest tests and optimisations to improve account performanceMedia planning from campaign briefs in conjunction with the Account Manager to be presented back to the client.Knowledge and practical experience across a variety of platforms including campaign and ad creation, budget management, optimisations and appropriate strategies.Delivery & Line ManagementDirect line management of junior members of the Paid Media Department to ensure that work is delivered to an exceptional standard, on target and on timeTraining and development of junior team members to ensure that they are performing at the standard expected by ROAST and our clientsQuality control of work conducted by junior members of the teamTask and deliverable ownership, including delegation to juniors within the team and communicating to clients as relevantNew BusinessSupporting the Paid Media Account Managers with new business tasks which can include:KW and audience researchDraft copySlide creationWhen necessary, pitch attendanceThe CandidateWe don't expect you to know everything on day one, but we really want to see:at least 12 months experience in Paid Search and / or Paid SocialExperience with MS Excel, Word and PowerPointStrong numeracy and analytical skillsAdditional languages and/or knowledge of Javascript would be a bonusPassion about digital marketingAbility to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environmentCapability of independent research and learningProactivityExcellent written and spoken EnglishWorking at ROASTLocation: Soho, London W1Holidays: 25 days, increasing with length of service, plus Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve off; optional company tripsBenefits:· Hybrid working arrangements· Additional 2 weeks ‘work from anywhere in the world’· Access to Aviva Digicare+, providing healthchecks, Digital GP, MH consultations and more· Life and Income Protection insurance· Discounted wellbeing classes / membership· Active company social life organised by a staff committee· Opportunity for involvement in CSR, sustainability and charity initiatives· Cycle, electric car and tech purchase savings· Personal Development, including bi-Annual appraisals and a Company mentor scheme· Training, including: Supplier sessions (e.g. Google), Industry bodies (e.g. IAB), External trainers· Opportunities to learn about other digital disciplinesOur hybrid-working model allows you some variety on your place of work, offering you the chance to work from home on some days each week, where possible.
