You’ll help turn this feedback into clear actions that shape how CQC works—making sure we focus on the right things at the right time, in the right way.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:- Lead a co-design project with people who use care services to help shape CQC’s rebuilding.- Learn how to deliver an evaluation strategy to make sure that stakeholder feedback influences a major CQC campaign, helping improve future communications.- Help to build the insight repository, which is critical to the success of the Engagement Insight and Evaluation Team.You’ll play a key role in the organisation by:- Planning and delivering insight activities that include co-designing with diverse groups.- Producing clear, accessible reports that influence CQC’s decisions and campaigns.- Managing small projects, budgets, and contracts with external suppliers.- Supporting colleagues to use insight tools and evaluate their engagement work.Show usWe’re looking for candidates who can show:- Experience turning stakeholder feedback into clear, useful insights—for example, analysing survey results or interviews and presenting findings.- Experience designing and running engagement activities—such as workshops, webinars, or consultations, using co-design methods.- Experience managing small projects or contracts—including planning, budgeting, and working with suppliers.ComplianceNote for internal candidates:This is a secondment/fixed term opportunity.
