As part of its commitment to attracting and retaining top talent, the business is investing in and executing on a forward-thinking reward strategy that aligns with company goals and regulatory obligations.The Senior Reward Partner will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the full reward cycle, supporting the Reward Director in designing competitive compensation frameworks and ensuring compliance with complex regulatory requirements. This position carries line management responsibility for two Reward Specialists and offers significant exposure to senior stakeholders.Responsibilities: Lead the design and delivery of annual salary and bonus review processes, including system management, stakeholder engagement, and reporting.Oversee regulatory compliance for remuneration, including Material Risk Taker lists, policy statements, and FCA disclosures.Produce and present detailed analysis and reports for Executive and Remuneration Committees, including diversity pay gap reporting.Drive salary benchmarking initiatives using market surveys and ensure competitive positioning across the organisation.Manage ad hoc reward projects and provide expert advice to senior stakeholders on compensation and benefits strategy.Candidate profile: Extensive reward experience within a regulated financial services organisation.Strong technical knowledge of remuneration regulations and governance frameworks.Proven ability to lead projects and present to senior stakeholders.Highly numerate with advanced analytical skills.Line management experience.Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across the business.
