This includes producing presentation material, handling data and performance analysis, and developing business relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesBroking ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients and marketsManage end-to-end placement of assigned contracts, including:Preparing renewal presentationsMonitoring US contract renewals to ensure timely issuanceProducing performance-related data and statistical analysisCompleting broking documentation (broking checklist, business plan, market sheets, TCF forms)Clearing temp table transactionsLiaise with Claims and Underwriting (in-house and GLISE) to resolve queriesHandle new and renewal open market risksIdentify and develop new business opportunitiesSupport the data analytics team in enhancing reporting capabilitiesEnsure data accuracy and completeness to support departmental needsAssist the Chief Broking Officer and Head of Broking as neededContribute to team development and knowledge sharingOther ResponsibilitiesResolve internal and external queries proactivelyEscalate complex issues to senior staff as appropriateParticipate in US travel and client visits as requiredEngage with Continuous Conversations for performance and developmentSet and work towards personal and professional development goalsComply with all company policies and proceduresBenefitsThis position is offered on a Permanent basis.Annual salary will be dependent on the skills and experience of the successful candidate.Annual leave - 25 days per year (plus bank holidays), increases with length of service.Health & Wellbeing – our offering includes private medical insurance for employees, their partners and their families, a Digital GP service and an annual allowance (currently £550) any activities which supports health and wellbeing.
