The Company and Role SummaryA specialist UK logistics & industrial investment manager focused on executing value-add and development strategies is seeking an Investment Associate to join their growing team prompted by recent acquisitions and growing PE partner interest. This individual will take ownership of deal execution across underwriting, IC, financing, and completion working alongside the Partners.Role Overview and ResponsibilitiesBeing part of a small team, this person will gain broad exposure to the investment process working on the execution of new acquisitions. Key areas of role coverage will include:Market IntelligenceUnderwriting & Investment CommitteeDD and executionValue creationSkills, Knowledge and Experience 3–5 years in UK real estate private equity/principal or corporate finance investment focused analytical work.Demonstrated logistics/industrial exposure is essential (MLI a plus).Advanced Excel (fully integrated cashflows, debt schedules, waterfalls).Demonstrated execution experience in the UK.High ownership bias, deadline discipline, and comfort in a lean team.Salary & Remuneration:A salary range of £75,000- £100,000, dependant on experience, plus a discretionary, performance related bonus at PE level (guided at 75-100%).For further information on this opportunity or to apply for this role please contact Lucy Cook - 0203 854 3872, email l.cook@ or click the apply link.
