FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking Business Operations Analysts to work for our global Systems Integrator client. This is initially a 6-month contract with potential to extend.Our client is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to join their team and support the leadership of their practices. As a key member of the Operations Team, you’ll work closely with the Business Operations Partner to drive efficiency, consistency, and innovation across Practice operations. You’ll build strong relationships, anticipate needs, and help empower the team to deliver outstanding results.Responsibilities:Strategic Alignment: Help align business operations with organisational goals, ensuring seamless delivery of services, tools, and processesGovernance & Communication: Contribute to governance frameworks and communication strategies that keep stakeholders aligned and informedContinuous Improvement: Identify and support opportunities to enhance services, streamline processes, and implement best practicesData & Planning: Assist with financial forecasting, reporting, and resource planning to support strategic decisionsStakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison, ensuring smooth issue resolution and alignment with business prioritiesKey Deliverables:Clear objectives and governance structuresCommunications and reportingRAID management and risk mitigationResourcing and recruitment supportFinancial and capacity planningPractice support and HR process coordinationAbout YouAt least 2 years’ experience in business operations, resource management, or stakeholder engagementStrong organisational and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and relationship-building abilitiesA collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous improvementProficient skills with the MS suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)About UsWe are a business and technology consultancy and one of the UK's leading employers, recruiting the brightest talent to become the innovators of tomorrow.
