Residential Paralegals – Edinburgh/Glasgow Hybrid Working.C£35k - £40k (DOE) + Excellent Benefits Packages.We are currently partnering with several firms located Edinburgh and Glasgow who are actively seeking additional Residential Paralegal support.Our clients range from large corporate firms to smaller provincial firms.We are interested to hear from Paralegals who at least 2 year’s experience of working within a team setting and can run your own caseload from conception to fruition. As well as demonstrating the ability to work on your own initiative, delivering a high level of client service delivery.Key responsibilities: Processing sales and purchases of residential propertyDrafting, negotiating and implementing sale and purchase missivesNoting of title, settling transactions and client reportingBeing aware of AML procedures and complianceKey skills and experience: Previous experience of working on residential property transactions from conception to fruition is essentialTakes a pragmatic, pro-active and commercial approach to transactionsExcellent attention to detailStrong written and oral communication skillsDemonstrates understanding of client’s needs, and tailors advice appropriatelyTakes personal pride in their work and responsibilitiesWorks effectively with other team membersHas the ability to work calmly, even under pressurePossesses strong IT skillsOur clients offer attractive salary and benefits packages in accordance with your skills and experience; this coupled with genuine career development opportunities.For further information, please contact Michelle Beaumont for a confidential discussion.
