You will lead user research activities to ensure services are designed around real user needs and meet GDS standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, design, and conduct user research using a range of qualitative and quantitative methods.Work closely with Service Designers, Product Managers, and Developers to integrate research findings into service design.Create actionable insights and present findings to stakeholders at all levels.Ensure compliance with GDS Service Standards and accessibility requirements.Champion user-centred design principles across the team.Essential SkillsExtensive experience as a User Researcher in government or public sector projects.Strong knowledge of GDS principles and user research methodologies.Ability to manage and deliver research in Agile environments.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Active SC Clearance (mandatory).Nice-to-HaveExperience with tools like UserZoom, Optimal Workshop, or similar.Familiarity with service design and UX principles.TPBN1_UKTJ
