Due to the nature of the projects it is advantageous if candidates can demonstrate 2 year's experience or more on UK large-scale projects, with experience in multi-unit residential and/or educational sector schemes preferable. The right candidate will have experience in BIM and will have worked in a 3D environment, with knowledge of coordinating consultants' information and project delivery at RIBA stages 4 and 5. Responsibilities; Developing creative and functional design solutions Producing high-quality technical drawings and specifications Qualifications & required skills; A fully qualified architect (ARB registered or equivalent) or graduate qualified Architectural Technologist Minimum 2 years post qualification experience Strong design and technical skills, with proficiency in BIM (ArchiCAD/Revit) Project delivery experience at RIBA stages 4 and 5 Track record on experience on UK projects Eligibility: Must be based in the UK with the legal right to live and work in Preferred skills; Proven experience delivering projects across multiple sectors Excellent communication and teamworking abilities A collaborative approach and a passion for creating great places Experience in multi-unit residential and/or educational sector schemes
