Despite being a newer business, theyve secured multiple roles as project manager and monitor for PLC housebuilders and developers, with a strong pipeline of work. The founding partners bring decades of experience from leading consultancies and developers, enabling them to expertly manage complex remediation projects. Job description Youll lead projects from scope to completioncoordinating teams, selecting contractors, and ensuring delivery on time and budget. Success means safer homes and buildings, so clear, empathetic communication is key.
