Job Description: Technical Support Analyst Watford (Hybrid) 300-400 per day (Outside IR35) 3 Month Contract We're Hiring: Technical Support Analyst - Retail Systems (XStore) We are looking for a Technical Support Analyst to maintain and support XStore test environments for a large retail customer, ensuring test labs are fully operational across multiple countries and brands. This role is critical in enabling major retail technology projects, including XStore upgrades, inventory management, and integrations with e-commerce and order management systems, working closely with project teams and vendors across EMEA. What you'll do: Maintain and support Oracle XStore test environments and hardware within IT test labs Build, deploy, and support XStore versions and related infrastructure Troubleshoot hardware, software, and environment issues Work closely with project teams and third-party vendors across EMEA What we're looking for: 2+ years' of retail store systems information technology experience Experience in Oracle XStore and associated infrastructure Experience in the build, deployment and maintenance of Oracle XStore technology Excellent troubleshooting and problem resolution skills Knowledge of Windows batch and Linux shell scripting If you enjoy working in fast-paced retail technology environments and want to support large-scale, international systems, I'd love to hear from you.
