Project Support Engineer Telford Permanent Role | Engineering Projects | Salary up to 37,000 Are you looking to step into project delivery and play a pivotal role in keeping engineering projects running smoothly? The Role As a Project Support Engineer, you will act as the engine of the Projects team , taking ownership of delegated tasks to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to high-quality standards. You will provide hands-on support to Project Managers, helping them focus on high-level project management while you keep the day-to-day activities on track. You will be involved in a wide variety of tasks, including: Updating and maintaining project timing plans and schedules Chasing suppliers, engineers, and internal teams to meet deadlines Supporting budgeting and cost-tracking activities Liaising with Engineering, Purchasing, and Production teams Arranging site visits, meetings, and logistics Attending internal and client meetings and following up on actions Supporting document control, drawing release, and project documentation Visiting sites when required to ensure smooth project delivery Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels Essentially, if something needs doing to move a project forward, you make it happen .
