You will lead user research activities to ensure services are designed around real user needs and meet GDS standards. Key Responsibilities - Plan, design, and conduct user research using a range of qualitative and quantitative methods. - Work closely with Service Designers, Product Managers, and Developers to integrate research findings into service design. - Create actionable insights and present findings to stakeholders at all levels. - Ensure compliance with GDS Service Standards and accessibility requirements. - Champion user-centred design principles across the team. Essential Skills - Extensive experience as a User Researcher in government or public sector projects. - Strong knowledge of GDS principles and user research methodologies. - Ability to manage and deliver research in Agile environments. - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. - Active SC Clearance (mandatory).
