This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance across major remediation and fire safety projects. Your new role You will be responsible for monitoring and improving construction quality across multiple sites. Key duties include: Conducting site inspections and producing detailed reports. Reviewing drawings and specifications for compliance. Managing snagging and pre-handover inspections. Liaising with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders. Ensuring compliance with statutory standards and health & safety regulations. What you'll need to succeed Strong technical knowledge of construction and fire safety standards. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to identify and resolve defects and non-compliance issues. Experience in quality control within construction projects.
