Farringdon hybrid working available Were looking for a Building Safety Recharge Coordinator to join our Fire Safety Delivery team. This role is central to ensuring transparency, compliance, and accuracy in the recharge and service charge processes across our Building Safety function. Youll provide essential administrative and technical support, working closely with the Service Charge team and other stakeholders to deliver reliable data, analysis, and clear communication. In this role youll be responsible for preparing and validating costs for fire and building safety works, keeping accurate records and ensuring contractor submissions meet agreed standards. Youll coordinate reviews and meetings to support the wider Building Safety team and handle service charge queries. Your administrative support will be key to the smooth operation of the Building Safety team, from scheduling meetings and coordinating operational activities to issuing internal and external communications. Additionally, youll manage data to guarantee accuracy for recharge processes and produce reports that highlight cost trends, supporting forecasting and financial planning. Collaboration will be key, as youll work with contractors, managers, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies, while acting as the first point of contact for stakeholders on documentation and cost-related queries. The role will be based in our office at Farringdon and offers hybrid working arrangements of 2 days per week in the office and 3 days work from home. What youll need A strong background in administration, ideally within a housing or safety-related environment Excellent analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail Confidence using IT tools to produce reports, documents, emails, and mail merges Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement skills Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a flexible and demanding workload to meet deadlines Service charge knowledge or experience (desirable) In your supporting statement, it is important that you address how you meet each of the above six criteria providing real examples.?
