This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated Radiographer to Lead their imaging service within their new Orthopaedics & Neurology minor procedures unit set to open in 2026. The successful candidate will lead on governance, quality standards, and radiation safety, fostering effective teamwork across multiple clinical disciplines.What's in it for you?£60,000 DOE27 Days Annual Leave + Bank HolidaysPrivate Medical InsuranceEye CareAnnual Flu VaccinesPrivate PensionSeason Ticket Loan / Cycle to Work SchemeEmployee Assistance ProgrammeRange of policies supporting health and wellbeingWhat are we looking for?HCPC RegistrationBSc in Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent.IR(ME)R and RSP trained.UK based experience is essential.Proven experience leading and managing clinical teams.Experience leading on service delivery, governance, quality improvements and accreditation standards.ResponsibilitiesHigh-quality fluoroscopy an X-Ray imaging for a variety of procedures including spinal and orthopaedic procedures.As the RPS, ensure full compliance with IRMER and IRR17 regulations.Operate mobile C-arm equipment safely within theatre settings.Work closely with consultants and theatre teams to deliver accurate, timely imaging.Manage equipment checks, servicing, and maintenance schedules.Maintain stock levels and order imaging consumables as needed.Track training compliance and support team training such as ILS/BLS.Assist with rota planning and staffing for imaging sessions.Support senior management with operational and administrative duties.Contact DetailsIf you would like to be considered for this exciting opportunity or would like to arrange a confidential informal chat, please contact Reza on 02393 874296.
