In 2026 we will be moving into a brand new manufacturing facility (location TBC) to support the next ten years of growth.Role PurposeThe Stock Manager will oversee all aspects of stock management across our chilled warehouse environment — covering raw materials, packaging, and finished goods. You’ll be responsible for maintaining precise stock records, optimising storage and rotation, and ensuring full traceability from supplier to shelf. You will manage our warehouse supervisor and work with our wider warehouse team to deliver seamless warehouse operations.You’ll use Unleashed inventory management software to keep our data accurate and our operations efficient, and you’ll play a key role in upholding SALSA and organic certification standards across all storage and handling processes.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain accurate stock levels for all raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.Ensure correct and timely data entry within Unleashed, maintaining full product traceability.Lead routine stock takes, reconciliations, and audits, investigating and resolving discrepancies.Implement and uphold best practices in stock rotation (FIFO), shelf-life management, and temperature control.Liaise closely with production and procurement teams to forecast needs and prevent shortages or excess stock.Oversee goods-in and goods-out processes, ensuring compliance with SALSA and organic (Soil Association) standards.Support internal and external audits, maintaining all documentation and traceability records.Lead initiatives to reduce waste and improve warehouse efficiency.Produce accurate and timely stock reports for management review.Essential Skills & ExperienceExperience in a chilled warehouse or food production environment.Strong working knowledge of Unleashed (or similar inventory systems).Proven track record of maintaining compliance in SALSA or BRC-accredited sites.Experience with organic-certified operations (Soil Association or equivalent).Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Confident working collaboratively across departments.DesirableExperience managing stock in a food manufacturing or FMCG setting.Forklift licence (Counterbalance or Reach).Familiarity with ERP or forecasting integrations.Why Join UsBe part of a growing, mission-led company that’s redefining what good food means.Collaborate with a passionate and supportive team.Opportunity to play a key role in the transition to a new manufacturing site.Work in an environment that values sustainability, people, and purpose as much as performance.
