Empire Laundry, part of the Johnsons Service Group, is looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our Luxury Division production team.We’re proud of our welcoming and professional culture — you’ll be joining a crew that looks out for each other, gets the job done, and keeps the wheels of production running at full speed (and with a smile).What You’ll Be DoingCarry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on a wide range of laundry production equipment including feeders, folders, dryers, ironers, washers, and pressesMaintain and repair gearboxes, pumps, and drive motorsWork with pneumatic and hydraulic systemsSupport boiler-house operations, including steam traps and condensate recovery systemsDiagnose and repair electro-mechanical and PLC-controlled systemsPartner with production teams to minimise downtime and keep performance high What We’re Looking ForA strong blend of mechanical and electrical engineering skillsA proactive mindset with a knack for troubleshooting and problem-solvingExperience working in a manufacturing or production environment (laundry experience is a bonus, not a must!)
